Aniwa Esi Jennifer

Jennifer is a development communicator and youth advocate using her prowess in the communications field to fight for the rights of women and girls.

As part of contribution in mitigating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ghana which sickened inequalities , Jennifer engaged in over 5 community outreaches where she reached out to over 300 individuals including young people with information on sexual and reproductive health, family planning, HIV and AIDS as well as sexual and gender-based violence specifically creating awareness on the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU).

It is Miss Aniwa’s aspiration to use the power of communication to advocate for gender equality, the total elimination of harmful practices against women and girls as well as bodily autonomy for women and girls.
